Molds are manufactured in house with a total precision below 1/100 mm, so as to achieve product tolerances of 2-3/100 mm whenever needed. The engineering department plays a key role in the mold success thanks to Moldflow MPI (Moldflow Plastic Insight) simulations and their long experience. The manufacturing means include very precise EDM (electrical discharge machining) machines, micro-milling centers, etc.
The injection and overmolding occurs on 22 automatic lines (15-100 T), possibly in clean rooms ISO 7 and 8. The company manufactures 77 million parts per year. The production is highly automated and may include online operation like machining, laser marking, controle, assembly, etc. The production occurs in clean-room if needed.
